TheToolSera provides free, browser-based utilities at thetoolsera.com. By using them you agree to use them lawfully and not to attack, scrape in a way that harms the service, or misuse the tools to harm others.
2. No warranty
Tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Keep independent backups of files you process and verify critical outputs. Finance, tax, loan and similar calculators are illustrative estimates, not advice and not a substitute for a qualified professional or an official filing.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you process. Do not upload or paste material you are not allowed to handle. Most processing stays in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for exceptions.
4. Advertising
The site may display third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. Ads are not endorsements. Advertisers and Google are responsible for their own content and cookies, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheToolSera is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tools or the website.
6. Intellectual property
The TheToolSera name, design, and site code are owned by their respective creators. You keep ownership of files and text you process.
